Missing Piece?
Our worst nightmare!
Missing piece replacements are available within 60 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. In those cases we can’t replace your missing piece, and the missing piece is due to manufacturer defect, we’ll replace your puzzle. Please note that every puzzle is unique and the image/replacement piece may be oriented slightly different than the original.
Before contacting us, please make sure to do a thorough search of your puzzle area to make sure it hasn't been misplaced, dropped, etc.
It's necessary that the puzzle be completed before contacting us concerning missing piece requests to identify the die cut/pattern. Include a photo of the completed puzzle, and a photo of the missing piece area, along with a good mailing address.
Kindly understand that we only replace pieces/puzzles for newly purchased puzzles with a manufacturer defect. We do not replace missing pieces for second hand puzzles, puzzle swap puzzles or due to household accidents.
