- Returns may be eligible within 30 days of purchase date. Puzzles must be in new, unopened condition and returned in original shipping container. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Puzzles purchased on sale are considered final and not returnable/refundable. Please contact us at orders@birdiepuzzles.com to find out if your return is eligible and return shipping address.

- Exchanges are permitted only in circumstances of manufacturer defect.

- We do not reship or refund mis-shipped items due to address or Auto-Fill errors.

- Purchases made outside of a sale period are not eligible for retroactive sale price discounts.  

- Orders refused, returned due to insufficient/no such address or abandonment still in their unopened shipping package will be refunded not including the cost of shipping.  Cost of shipping is non-refundable.

- For orders received in damaged condition; please take a photo of the shipping packaging and puzzle packaging and contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

- For lost or stolen orders, contact your shipping carrier and file a claim. Please understand that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  When your order leaves our facility your shipping carrier assumes full responsibility of your package. If you still need to contact us, you must do so within 24 hours of your package being marked as delivered. We do not refund lost or stolen packages.
