- Our puzzles are amazing! But sometimes things happen. In the event that you aren't happy with the quality of your puzzle please contact us at orders@birdiepuzzles.com within 30 days of receiving your puzzle.
- Exchanges or store credit are not permitted.
- We do not reship or refund mis-shipped items due to customer errors.
- Purchases made outside of a sale period are not eligible for retroactive sale price discounts.
- Orders refused, returned due to insufficient/no such address or abandonment still in their unopened shipping package will be refunded not including the cost of shipping. Cost of shipping is non-refundable.
- For orders received in damaged condition; please take a photo of the shipping packaging and puzzle packaging and contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
- For lost or stolen orders, contact your shipping carrier and file a claim. Please understand that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When your order leaves our facility your shipping carrier assumes full responsibility of your package. There are shipping rates that offer automatic insurance. Please use these options if you are in a high package theft area. If you still need to contact us, please do so within 24 hours of your package being marked as delivered. We do not refund lost or stolen packages.
