Missing Piece?
Our worst nightmare!
Luckily, in most cases we can replace them. In those cases we can’t, and the missing piece is due to manufacturer defect, we’ll replace your puzzle. Please note that every puzzle is unique and the image/replacement piece may be oriented slightly different than the original.
Before contacting us, please make sure to do a thorough search of your puzzle area to make sure it hasn't been misplaced, dropped, etc.
It's necessary that the puzzle be completed before we can fulfill any missing piece requests to identify the die cut/pattern. Include a photo of the completed puzzle, and a photo of the missing piece area, along with a good mailing address. Some form of proof of purchase is required. This is a free service for our customers, but please understand that those without proof of purchase will need to pay USPS Ground Advantage postage, typically $4.
Kindly understand that we only replace pieces/puzzles for newly purchased puzzles with a manufacturer defect. We do not replace missing pieces for second hand puzzles, puzzle swap puzzles or due to household accidents.
