Received puzzle as a gift only to find two pieces missing and an extra piece that didn’t really fit. Reached out and received the missing pieces and an amazing customer service experience. 100/10 will purchase from Birdie again.

Excellent customer service! I appreciate you sending me a replacement piece for the piece I had missing. This is my second Birdie puzzle and I plan to purchase more! I love how the pieces feel -not like cheap paper compared to some.

Loved this puzzle so much. The pieces fit tightly together, I love that they are matte pieces, and the picture itself is fun and unique. I decided to frame it. It was challenging at times to put together but definitely worth it. Will be buying more! Also, I had a problem and reached out to the company and the response time to get it resolved was so quick and polite which makes buying from here even better.
Replacement piece for Salad Days was delivered in a flash. Love the 5 Birdie Puzzles I have and plan to collect all of them!
I just wanted to thank you all so much for helping me get three missing pieces from a puzzle my mom was doing. She was so upset that she wasn’t going to be able to complete it. Hands down these guys are amazing! Not only is it one of the best puzzle I’ve done, I lost a piece but it was too good of a puzzle not to pass to the next puzzler so I reached out to see if they could replace the missing piece and to my surprise, I got a response and the missing piece immediately.
The puzzle was a pleasure to construct. You guys shipping the missing pieces out as fast as possible was great. Very satisfying with the service that was provided.

What a fun puzzle! (And I do a lot of 'em.) It's frustrating to finish and discover missing pieces, but not with Birdie. My missing pieces were here within days. Great puzzle art and the best customer service in one stop. My new puzzle shop is Birdie.

Incredible quality. Love the artwork. Matte finish/no glare. Perfect fitting pieces. The exact right amount of difficulty. Great customer service. I was missing a piece and they sent me a perfect replacement - and very quickly. I’m obsessed and can’t wait until I can order more!

I am extremely pleased with this company. I read on their website that missing pieces may be replaced upon request. Birdie quickly replied to my inquiry and immediately replaced (4) missing pieces. I am so happy, as I love my Birdie puzzle! I will continue to support this company…their puzzles are beautiful and are of high quality; the pieces interlock beautifully and the edges to the pieces are exacting!
